Yanmar 240 d is worth what

I am interested in buying my friends 1980 Yanmar 240d, diesal, 240 original hours, 24 hp, 4 wheel drive, 2 sped power take off,(540 & 1000), 3 point hitch,green, standard bucket(4 foot wide), in near perfect shape. I have no idea what it is worth. I was hoping for some suggestions. If I bought it I would need to buy a backhoe attachment, anyone have any idea how much thaaat will cost? Just read your inquiry on yanmar240d. I don not know what it is worth, but I am also looking for a good used yanmar. Did you buy it? How much did you pay? ....
